We are looking for Project Engineer Apprentices who will be supporting and assisting the Project Engineers in the delivery of a portfolio of small/medium sized capital projects.
Base Location: Lane End - Dartford, DA2 8DH
Working Hours: 36 hours per week.
Training Provider Details: University College of Estate Management
Qualification You Will Obtain: Level 4 Construction Site Supervisor Standard, Certificate of Higher Education (CertHE) in Construction & Built Environment.
Entry Requirements: A minimum of two GCSEs at grade 4 or above (A*-C), in Maths and English OR functional skills level 2 in Maths and English and 64 UCAS points.
Other Immediate Demands: A full UK driving licence (If using your vehicle, you will require business use on your insurance policy at your own cost)

What You’ll Be Doing as an Apprentice Project Engineer:
* Managing and delivering a portfolio of mechanical, electrical, civil, control and instrumentation projects with a value of up to £5 million per annum.
* Working closely with Thames Water operations and our contractor supply chain.
* Complying with Health and Safety requirements.
* Collaborating with delivery partners/contractors.
* Drafting, vetting, and approving RAMS, pre-construction information, and project plans.
* Overseeing the commissioning and handover of the project.
* Ensuring appropriate training has been completed.
About the Apprenticeship Programme:
* You will achieve Level 4 Construction Site Supervisor Standard, Certificate of Higher Education (CertHE) in Construction & Built Environment.
* Study with University College of Estate Management 1 day a week.
