We are looking for a Performance Team Lead to join our paid media team. We are Vervaunt, a paid media and eCommerce consultancy agency. We work with ambitious brands and retailers to help them achieve their eCommerce goals and solve their hardest challenges. Our paid media team manages a wide variety of campaigns for our clients, across search, shopping, social and more. We work proactively to manage and optimise accounts, creating bespoke reports and dashboards for our clients. We are a team of experienced consultants, who have experience of scaling search and social activity for some of the biggest brands in the world. What you’ll be doing Client relationships and account management Proactively building and nurturing relationships with senior client stakeholders, positioning yourself as a trusted contact and demonstrating a clear understanding of their business. Identifying growth opportunities across client profiles, presenting these insights to them in a compelling and confident manner. Learning a broader understanding of ESPs, internationalisation, CX, feeds, etc. Collaborating with Senior Paid Media Consultants within the agency to lead high-level strategy and roadmap planning for client portfolios. Ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and happiness by meeting and exceeding their expectations. Team management and processes Taking responsibility for your team's smooth operation and organisation by overseeing day-to-day activities. Guaranteeing adherence to key processes and best practices across reports Taking responsibility for ensuring team motivation and happiness, promptly addressing issues and fostering a positive working environment. Providing wider team support and sharing channel recommendations to the wider performance team. Working with the Account Director to identify training needs, develop solutions, and implement training programs across the team. Agency support and growth Building strong relationships with key partners at Google, Meta, TikTok, etc., collaborating on developing partner and agency roadmaps for effective collaboration. Supporting new business projects and overseeing the successful onboarding of new clients within your team. Leading on sprint initiatives, ensuring they are delivered in a timely manner with material that can be easily ingrained within the business ways of working. Supporting broader agency initiatives, such as content creation for blogs and supporting events. Who are we looking for? Extensive PPC or paid social experience Experience with cross channel e.g. Meta, Google Analytics Strong presentation skills Experience leading a team Experience of managing and delivering for clients Experience of analysing data and producing reports Experience of working with and building relationships with key stakeholders Able to respond positively to new situations IT literate especially working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite Excellent organisational skills to manage and prioritise workload, anticipate needs and work on own initiative and as part of a high functioning team A passion for following trends and data whilst using analytics to report on, and lead success.
