A unique andexciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic andpro-active Consultant Anaesthetist to join theteam at Tees Valley Hospital, based in Middlesbrough. Thesuccessful candidate would be expected to work closely with theexisting team to provide a comprehensive Anaesthetic service. This will involve inpatient and day case acutesurgery.
The position isfor 40 hours a week, including time for CPD. Part timeposition would also beconsidered.
With acurrent registration with the GMCs specialist register you willhave several years' experience, at least 2 of which are within theUK. You are committed to your own continuing medical education andprofessionaldevelopment.

The hospital delivers a range ofspecialties including orthopaedics, general surgery, plasticsurgery, urology, gynaecology, dermatology, oral, endoscopy, toboth private and NHS patients. The theatre suite consists of 3laminar air flow theatres, 6 stage 1 recovery bays and an endoscopysuite. Accommodation provides 12 bay day case unit and 19 inpatient beds.
