Experienced Developer/ Configuration Manager required for an immediate start!
Details:
- 3 month contract initially
- Can be fully remote, dependant on experience
- Can be outside IR35
- Rate flexible dependant on experience
Must have:
- Mosaic Social care system background
- Commissioning experience
- Brokerage experience
- Local Government background
Overview:
* This Council are looking to transform the way their social workers are supported by the systems they use.
* They are transforming their Brokerage and Commissioning processes including a full review of their social care case manage system configuration.
* They use the Mosaic case management system, from the Access Group, and they are looking for a specialist with significant experience in brokerage and financial configuration to work with colleagues to radically improve their current set up.
* They require a full and comprehensive analysis and documentation of the AS IS business process and system processes and a detailed recommendation for a TO BE configuration.
* Once agreed and signed off they require the configuration to be built, tested and iterated and to be deployed to live.
* They require full business process and training documentation to accompany the roll out and for training session to be delivered to the satisfaction of the service.
* The right candidate will be articulate and will be experienced in communicating at all levels. The ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into easy to understand media is vital.
