HOURS: 40 per week, 08:30-17:00, Monday to Friday
SALARY: Up to £45,000 per annum
BASE: Hybrid - 3 Days per week

We have an excellent opportunity for a Training & Development / Learning Partner to join our thriving T&D Team, and develop and lead T&D initiatives across our Support Services and Operations Functions. This is a hybrid role, with 3 days to be spent across a variety of Eurocell sites, and 2 days working from home. This is an exceptional opportunity to make a difference, by contributing to improving competencies and effectiveness across a number of functions within a growing Stock Market Listed Plc.
WHAT OUR TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT PARTNERS DO:
* Develop and implement programmes to improve colleague competencies and effectiveness within our Shared Services and Manufacturing Operations functions
* Work across a number of Eurocell sites within a commutable area, including our Head Office and Distribution Centre (Just off J28, M1), plus our Manufacturing Sites and PVCu Recycling Functions
* Contribute to improvements in the overall performance of business functions
* Design, develop and implement T&D initiatives, courses and learning, aligned with business strategy and objectives
* Engage with and provide support and T&D counsel to Stakeholders and People Business Partners
* Identify, review, evaluate, and evolve T&D initiatives and learning opportunities, to ensure effectiveness and success
* Work with People Business Partners to assess competence and capability, to identify and drive training and development programmes and opportunities
WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT PARTNERS:
* Strong stakeholder and business partnering experience, with the ability to communicate and engage at all levels
* Depth and breadth of Training and Development knowledge, in order to identify, design and deliver appropriate T&D Initiatives, courses, and programmes
* Ability to interpret internal and external business issues and needs, and translate the output into appropriate T&D Initiatives, courses, and programmes
* The ability to work under own initiative, prioritising workload and tasks
* Ability to partner and support a number of business functions and operational areas effectively
* Skilled in identifying innovative solutions to solve complex business needs
* Previous exposure to designing, delivering, and maximising the impact of initiatives, courses and programmes where there are restrictions due to shift work, and limited development time
