As Home Manager you will ensure delivery of a high-quality programme of care and support which promotes resident choice and control, whilst delivering personal care and promoting independence. Key responsibilities include Managing Quality & governance systems, Leadership & Management, Managing information, Managing Equality, Managing internal and external relationships and taking part in the on-call home level Rota. Candidate must be willing to become registered with the Care Inspectorate. Have you? 3 years leadership experience in a values led organisation with responsibility for: Social care with Older People Contributing to people development and learning. Health and Safety To apply you will need to already hold one of the following qualifications: SVQ Social Services and Healthcare SCQF Level 7.
