Job Description
* Ensure that the location achieves, as a minimum, the financial targets agreed with the client in line with the budget
* Monitor the work of all the staff and carry out appraisals, recognise training needs and potential as appropriate
* Manage a fleet of vehicles, within an airport environment, complying with strict regulations required
* Work with your Operations Manager to prepare budgets; achieve and maintain the food cost in accordance with the budget
* Produce accurate reporting on vending systems, computer literacy is a must!
* Plan meticulously and strategically to manage the workload of your field based team
Qualifications
* You thrive on getting the best out of people and maximising commercial opportunities. You draw satisfaction from managing, training and supporting a team
* You demonstrate a genuine passion for tech & service, with a strong eye for detail in service standards, innovation and merchandising
* You provide a professional vending service, ensuring that company standards are maintained and that Client expectations are met
* Have experience in a vending environment and in managing a team
* Thrive on delivering a great customer experience and leading by example
* Able to demonstrate your analytical approach to problem solving, a true out-of-the-box thinker!
* Must be able to secure an airside ID (5 years referencing, DBS and GSAT training (provided)
