Business Development Manager - Construction
My client is an incredibly successful construction company seeking an Internal Sales Executive to join due to rapid expansion. This is a hybrid role based in Staffordshire. Some of their largest accounts are Popeyes and Lidl.
This is a rare & exciting opportunity to kick start your career in sales and have full autonomy of your desk.
As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:
1. Generating new business by cold calling and attending client meetings
2. Independently managing individual pipeline
3. B2B sales and business development
4. Attending industry-related conventions
5. Reaching out to project managers and building surveyors
6. Managing social media and posting engaging content
The ideal candidate:
1. Construction industry experience is desirable
2. Experience doing B2B business development
3. Experience in a previous sales role
4. Confident speaking to decision makers on the phone
Benefits:
1. Monthly commission, with an achievable £60,000 to be earned on top of a generous basic salary
2. Remote working until 2025 - this will change to a hybrid model (2/3 days in office)

Working Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm
