The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers by assisting them in identifying and sourcing the correct parts for their needs. Responsibilities Assist customers in identifying and sourcing parts and accessories. Managing the Trade Counter and providing an excellent customer service Maintain an organised inventory of parts, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment. Communicate effectively with customers both in person and over the phone, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Provide technical support and advice on parts Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to better assist customers. Experience Previous experience in a similar role within the agri industry is preferred but not essential. Strong organisational skills with the ability to maintain a tidy workspace. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written A passion for customer service and a commitment to providing an outstanding experience for every customer.
