A Glasgow based Housing Association is currently recruiting a temporary Property Officer for a role to cover within the team. The role will be on a month-to-month basis; however, it may extend for a few months.
You will be working within a busy team where you will be based in the office or at properties. You will be liaising with tenants on a daily basis.
The main aspects of the role are:
* Effective contract management and quality control of major, cyclical, and reactive contracts.
* Provision of technical advice/service to tenants and staff.
* Assist in the management of works to empty properties.
* Involvement in medical adaptations.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
* Working knowledge of housing/building legislation and planning guidelines.
* Experience in Contract Administration and Quality control procedures.
It is also desirable to have:
* HNC in construction.
* Experience in a similar role.
The client would like to meet with candidates before Christmas to start on 6th January.
