Purosearch is working with a developing care provider who requires a dynamic and caring individual to become the Registered Home Manager for an 8-bed Residential Home, specializing in Learning Disabilities, Autism, and associated Complex Care Needs for Adults aged 18 and upwards.

Our client is looking for a Registered Manager who can manage the day-to-day operations of the home, including compliance, development, staff management, recruitment, and quality assurance. The home has a Good CQC report, but there are still some aspects of the service that need developing, including community links and improving the home's reputation within the area.
This exciting and varied role is perfect for a dedicated and resilient person with a people-centered focus, the ability to problem-solve, manage financials in a business environment, and coach and develop your team.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Experience of managing a service supporting adults with complex needs, including Learning Disabilities, Autism, and associated Challenging and Complex behaviors.
2. Relevant health or social care qualification (NVQ Level 5).
