General Operations Assistant - Glastonbury Fusion Lifestyle are now hiring - General Operations Assistants Fusion Lifestyle’s General Operations Assistants provide key operational support across all areas of the leisure centre, whilst delivering excellent customer service levels at all times. The areas of responsibility are covered by two main strands: hygiene and safety, and customer care and satisfaction. About You: To be successful as a General Operations Assistant, you will need excellent communication skills, including listening, questioning and delivering effective feedback, the ability to quickly build trust and rapport with customers, and the ability to motivate and inspire others to do better. You’ll need to be flexible and able to work to suit the needs of the customers and the business, and have a “can-do”, team-player attitude; nothing is too much trouble for you You will need experience of working in a similar role within a fast-paced/high-footfall environment, and experience of delivering first class customer service to a diverse client base. Ideally you’ll also have First Aid at Work and AED qualifications. The Role: This is a diverse role where you will be asked to cover varying areas of the Centre on a daily basis.
