The Personal Assistant (PA) to the Company Director will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation at CK International. This individual will provide high-level administrative assistance, and in particular support and contribute to the smooth running of the sales function. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and communication skills, with experience in an administrative or executive support role, ideally within a B2B environment. Key Responsibilities Executive Support Coordinate and arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries as required. Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing documents for meetings. Scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently. Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action points. Office & Administration Management Assist in the preparation of business reports and internal communications. Support other business administration/requirements Support the Director with ad-hoc projects and research as needed. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. Customer & Stakeholder Engagement Act as a first point of contact for external stakeholders, providing professional and helpful assistance. Welcome visitors to CK International, ensuring a high level of hospitality. Liaise with key clients and business partners on behalf of the Director. Skills and Experience Required Proven experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or in a senior administrative role. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage and process information accurately. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Professional, proactive, and able to work independently. High level of IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in a B2B environment is desirable.
