Our client is a leading UK energy business with a varied product offering. They are looking to expand their 100 workforce by recruiting a Telesales Executive. THE ROLE The Telesales Executive will: Grow revenue from existing and new clients. Make proactive outbound calls to promote products and identify growth opportunities. Provide inside sales support to the Business Development team. Handle inbound sales enquiries and manage leads. Record client engagement details in the CRM. Build relationships with larger clients and promote the company's values. Report on sales activities and support marketing campaigns. Maintain product knowledge and market awareness. Represent the brand professionally and support the Sales Admin team when needed. THE PERSON Ideal candidates should have: Experience in outbound telesales, account management, or new business. A good understanding of the sales process. Excellent communication skills. An approachable personality and ability to build rapport quickly. The hours of work are 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday with 1 hour for lunch. The role can be hybrid 3 days on-site and 2 at home should you wish a bit more flexibility.
