We are looking for a Manufacturing Technology Engineer to join our Biotech team.
What You'll Do:
1. Innovate and Develop: Create groundbreaking manufacturing technologies from concept to full-scale production, driving value for Cytiva's Filtration business.
2. Problem-Solve: Identify and develop innovative solutions to complex manufacturing challenges.
3. Quantify and Justify: Capture essential data to quantify the impact of solving manufacturing issues, and contribute to compelling business cases for new technology investments.
4. Execute Projects: Plan, specify, develop, and validate new manufacturing processes and equipment.
5. Stay Ahead: Research and evaluate cutting-edge industry trends and emerging manufacturing technologies.
Who You Are:
1. Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Process Engineering or a related field.
2. Experience: Minimum of 4 years in relevant roles, showcasing increasing responsibility and leadership.
3. Hands-On Expertise: Proven practical experience in developing and implementing manufacturing technologies, processes, and equipment.
4. Lean and Six Sigma: Proficient in using these tools for problem-solving and manufacturing improvements.
5. Leadership Skills: Adept in visual and daily management, with a track record of leading cross-functional projects.
6. Industry Knowledge: Experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or similarly regulated industries; knowledge of GMP is a plus.
7. Change Management: Understanding of regulated environments and the validation of manufacturing methods and equipment.
