Operating from a newly refurbished office in Milton Keynes, we want a proactive person to join our supportive and collaborative team. Working closely with Jemma, our Parts and Logistics Manager, and the finance team, you will help drive sales growth and manage stock operations. This role is fully office-based, with no remote working. Key Responsibilities Sales & Customer Engagement: Handle enquiries, prepare and follow up on quotations, close sales, and meet targets. Confidence and professionalism on the telephone are essential, as is the ability to recognise and seize upselling opportunities during customer interactions via phone or email. Warehouse & Stock Support: You will maintain our newly refurbished, professional store area. While most of your workload will focus on sales and customer engagement, youll also support order handling, ensuring stock is picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently. This aspect of the role contributes to our commitment to exceptional customer service in a modern and organised environment. Coordination: Collaborate as part of a focused, supportive team, working respectfully and professionally with colleagues in the UK, Netherlands, Italy, and Germany, even in high-pressure situations. The role requires a strong sense of teamwork and clear, productive communication. Documentation: Maintain accurate records and inventory using Microsoft Office. Key Skills. Collaboration : Effectively liaising with the engineering team to address customer requirements and resolve issues. Problem-Solving Skills : Quickly identifying and resolving customer or operational challenges. Quote Building : Preparing accurate quotes tailored to customer needs. Excel Reporting : Competence in creating and managing reports to track performance and support decision-making. Outstanding telephone confidence and professionalism, with proven upselling skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Positive, results-driven attitude with attention to detail.
