Our team continues to seek out the best wines and spirits globally. About the Role: Join Cellarers Wines Ltd in the Justerini & Brooks Operations Team. Cellarers (Wines) Ltd is the wine and spirit storage company for Justerini & Brooks' customers, it services 4500 private customers and holds c 250,000 cases of wine and whisky totalling c£450m. The role sits alongside the Customer Relations team and Logistics team in the Operations team. You will work across J&B's operational and commercial teams, as well as with our warehousing and distribution partners, to manage the administration of private customers' wine portfolios. You'll have daily direct contact with J&B customers on email and phone. You'll arrange deliveries out and into our warehouse for customers, manage the annual storage charging cycle, you'll investigate discrepancies in record keeping and any problems on delivery. You'll also have the chance to work with our web development team on enhancing the personal cellar offering for customers. You'll be an ambassador for Cellarers and Justerini & Brooks.
