Senior Account Manager - Financial ServicesFlexible working module - can work 100% remote or hybrid from Towcester OfficeMust have a background in the Finance sector coming from a Finance Broker.Hours: Working times are 8.30 - 5.30 Monday -Thursday and 8.30 - 5.00 on Friday.Can work abroad up to 90 days per year.Our ClientIs an ambitious tech-oriented financial intermediary hiring the most talented people to bring the best outcomes to their clients.They source finance solutions for businesses and individuals who need assistance finding the most appropriate way of raising capital to purchase assets, invest in new opportunities and manage cashflow.The TeamThe Account Management team is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with their clients and understanding their requirements so they can solve their needs most effectively. Working alongside other Account Managers and the Support team you'll be fully assisted in helping clients with almost any type of requirement they have.The RoleSenior Account Managers are individuals who are experienced in the financial services industry, either having worked previously as brokers/intermediaries, or having built a wealth of experience working with lenders.The primary responsibilities of the role are to:Actively develop new and existing relationships with clients through telesales, social media, trade events and networkingProvide finance solutions to clients by offering a range of products including, but not limited to, asset finance, commercial loans, invoice finance and property financeEffectively analyse financial requirements and key financial documentationDevelop a full understanding of your clients' requirementsDraft proposal documents and compile compelling applicationsA high-performing Senior Account Manager will:Research background information on the appropriateness of prospects before engagingMaintain a high standard of professional conduct in all oral and written communicationDevelop own knowledge and skillsStay vigilant against the risks of fraud and money laundering and report concerns promptly and appropriatelyAdhere to the principles of Treating Customers Fairly in all your dealings and correspondenceSupport other Account Managers and the wider team through sharing expertise and best practiceWhy joinOur client enters their third year of trading.
