We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our Standard Adults team at Grade 7 level. As a Social Worker, you will play a pivotal role in supporting adults facing various challenges, including mental health issues, disabilities, and other social concerns. Your primary focus will be to assess client needs, develop tailored intervention plans, and provide guidance and support to help individuals enhance their well-being. This role demands a blend of empathy, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other professionals in a multi-disciplinary team environment. You will be responsible for advocating for your clients and ensuring that they have access to the necessary resources and services to improve their quality of life. Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' needs and circumstances.
Develop and implement intervention plans tailored to individual client situations.
Assist clients in accessing community resources, services, and support networks.
Provide emotional support and counseling to clients and their families.
Collaborate with healthcare providers, community organizations, and other stakeholders to coordinate care.
Monitor and evaluate clients' progress and adjust intervention plans as necessary.
Maintain accurate case documentation and adhere to confidentiality standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field (Master's preferred).
Valid social work license or registration as required by state/local regulations.
Experience in working with adults in a social services or healthcare setting.
Strong understanding of social service systems, resources, and community programs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 15:00
Pay Per Week: £33.58
