We are currently seeking a QA Manager to join our dynamic team in South Normanton, Derbyshire.
Location: South Normanton, Derbyshire
Salary: £42,000
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM)
Reports to: Head of Quality
Direct Reports: Approximately 4
Key Responsibilities
As the QA Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with health and safety policies and quality standards. Your key tasks will include:
* Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all direct reports adhere to company health and safety policies and report accidents/near misses immediately.
* Quality Assurance Oversight: Provide QA oversight for our warehouses, acting as an RP/WQP where applicable.
* Regulatory Compliance: Maintain knowledge of and compliance with GDP, GMP, ISO 9001, and client requirements.
* Incident Management: Record and investigate quality incidents, client complaints, and deviations, identifying corrective actions.
* Training and Development: Ensure all direct reports are trained in GDP and relevant procedures, conducting regular performance reviews.
* Audits and Inspections: Host client audits, manage findings, and perform internal and supplier audits.
* Documentation Control: Manage, approve, and control quality documents and changes, ensuring proper records are maintained.
