You’ll be working as a Senior Executive Search Consultant in fintech, handling client and candidate relationships with high-growth, cutting-edge fintech clients—placing talent at the C-suite level and beyond.
If you’re a strong biller, they’ll support you in making the leap into fintech; you don’t need to be an industry expert from day one.
By year two, you could be billing £200k-£250k, with some of the team hitting £300k plus by year three or four.
If you prefer quality over quantity, the fees are Massive here (£35k-£40k deals)
