Aftersales Team Leader - Customer Success Champion

Farm Tech Supplies is seeking a dynamic Aftersales Team Leader to take the lead in ensuring seamless post-sales support and client satisfaction.
Your Role in the Field
As our Aftersales Team Leader, you will be the go-to person for client escalations, order queries, and service-related issues. You’ll play a pivotal role in upholding our reputation for outstanding customer support by handling warranty claims, processing orders, and ensuring customers receive prompt and effective resolutions. Your leadership and expertise will drive efficiency within the aftersales team, ensuring our clients receive the best experience from start to finish.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Act as the first point of contact for escalated customer issues, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
* Assist with processing sales orders, handling missing parts queries, and overseeing the smooth running of aftersales operations.
* Manage warranty claims, keep accurate records of policies, and ensure compliance with company standards.
* Recommend alternative products if items are out of stock or discontinued, ensuring customers always have a suitable solution.
* Chase outstanding client payments and liaise with internal accounts to keep financial processes running smoothly.
* Attend trade shows and industry events to showcase our brand and build relationships with customers and suppliers.
* Use your expertise to troubleshoot customer issues, working collaboratively with internal departments, including accounts and the workshop, to find effective solutions.
* Prepare and submit quotes, writing up product recommendations tailored to customer needs.
* Meet and greet visitors at our headquarters, providing excellent in-person service.
What We’re Looking For
* A proactive, positive, and hands-on approach to problem-solving.
* A strong communicator with an excellent telephone manner and confident customer service skills.
* Proven experience in client relations, order processing, or aftersales service.
* The ability to think on your feet, using initiative to resolve customer concerns.
* A team player who can liaise effectively with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
* Experience in handling warranty queries, payments, and order issues.
* Previous experience in a similar industry or role would be an advantage but not essential.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:45 am - 5:00 pm (Occasional Saturdays)
