Scope
We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our HR team in London to support all hiring needs in Corporate Functions (e.g., HR, Legal & Compliance, IT, Admin, etc.) across the UK, Europe, and Asia. This is a great opportunity for a proactive and eager-to-learn individual who is looking to grow and develop a career in recruitment. You will be an essential part of our Global Corporate Recruiting team, facilitating an exemplary recruitment service for our candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. You will work closely with the corporate recruiters on day-to-day recruiting activities, which include but are not limited to: interview coordination, candidate sourcing and management, ad hoc projects, reporting, and day-to-day administration.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
* Arrange all candidate interviews and assessments, liaising with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment agencies as required.
* Be the subject matter expert for our automated scheduling tool, Goodtime.
* Manage all logistical arrangements for interviews and recruitment-related meetings, factoring in the complexities of different time zones.
* Own the candidate experience and act as candidate liaison ahead of interviews.
* Collate timely feedback following interviews in collaboration with the recruiters, including informing candidates of their interview outcomes in a timely and sensitive manner.
* Ensure Workday (ATS) is updated regularly and accurately, along with other tracking mechanisms as necessary.
* Open roles on Workday and post these vacancies on the HL Careers page.
* Research and post to external country-specific job boards as required.
* Respond to ad hoc queries and requests in a timely manner.
* Support the corporate recruiters with other duties as required, e.g., CV screening, performing LinkedIn searches/sourcing as needed (training and support will be provided).
* Support ad hoc projects where required, including process improvement initiatives.
* Process recruitment-related expenses.
* Track and manage all recruitment-related invoices and expenses.
* Manage the intranet page for Corporate Recruitment.
Basic Qualifications/Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Human Resources or similar natured field).
* Excellent administrative and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail.
* Proactive and service-oriented mindset.
* Proven ability to exercise independent judgment and problem solve.
* Prior experience or demonstrable understanding of interview scheduling.
* Prior experience working in a fast-paced recruitment coordination or HR administration role.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to develop and maintain professional relationships at all levels.
* Strong spoken and written communication skills.
* Solid understanding of all Microsoft Office applications.
* Positive attitude, excellent team player, resilience, and diligence.
* Prior ATS experience, Workday experience will be advantageous.
Preferred Qualifications/Requirements
The following skills and experience are advantageous but not essential:
* Prior experience in CV screening/direct sourcing/talent pipelining experience.
* Prior experience of contingent worker processes.
* Up-to-date knowledge of recruitment best practices.
* Financial services/investment banking experience.
