* We are looking for a successful candidate who has previous experience as a Business Analyst working on IT/Software-based Government, Defence, or equivalent projects. You should have experience at all stages of the project lifecycle from initial scoping through to closure and be comfortable owning Business Analysis-related activities on your projects. You must have experience working in Agile environments, utilizing methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban. Strong relationship skills are essential, allowing you to build long-standing trusted partnerships with our clients and feel at ease when presenting to individuals at various levels of seniority. Additionally, you should be comfortable working with minimal supervision and be able to organize your workload to meet deadlines as required. Due to the industries we work in, we require all our team members to be able to obtain security clearance. To qualify for this, you must be a British passport holder and have lived permanently in the UK for the last 5 years.
Responsibilities:
* As an experienced Business Analyst within CACI Information Intelligence Group (IIG), I will work with Senior Analysts and other subject matter professionals in gathering, validating, and documenting various system information and needs. I will play a senior role on various interesting and varied software development projects, conducting in-depth evaluation and verification of the capabilities of systems. My responsibilities will include building relationships with clients to understand their business challenges and how we can help deliver solutions to these issues, prioritizing key objectives to understand the importance of features and advising customers where appropriate. I will ensure customers are aware of how to use our applications, which may include conducting webinars, face-to-face training, creating YouTube content, or updating online help materials. I will also understand elements of Software Engineering and Agile methodology to translate those objectives into clear technical requirements with the support of the Engineering team, guiding customers in implementing changes and identifying where problems can be best solved by technology or process changes. Furthermore, I will support the development of new products for customers.
