Main duties: To develop sales opportunities with new and existing clients and increase revenue across European destinations. The Role: - To research and develop innovative products in both new and existing destinations - To ensure existing products are kept up to date and in line with market trends - To manage and develop key accounts to increase revenue - To generate leads and create new business opportunities with new clients - To negotiate suppliers’ contracts and terms of business to ensure product profitability - To create bespoke travel packages and itineraries and provide competitive quotations - To manage operations for designated accounts and complete necessary administration - To provide emergency on tour support - To assist the Head of Department and provide support to the team as Assistant Manager in their absence. The Candidate: - Experience in a Destination Management Company (DMC) – Essential - Extensive knowledge in travel product and destinations across Europe - Essential - Fluency in a second European language would be beneficial - Excellent attention to detail and able to work under pressure - Ability to multi-task and adapt to situations - Proactive, confident and dynamic personality - IT literate The Salary: circa £45,000 per annum depending on experience
