Banking Solicitor - Bristol
This fantastic firm is looking for a Banking Solicitor from NQ to around 3PQE to join their highly ranked banking team. Working for both lenders and borrowers, you will be involved in a range of non-contentious banking work.
Working domestically and internationally, this banking team acts for major banks, funds, asset managers, corporates, and governments, and you will be part of high-value and complex transactions. This team handles financial aspects of leveraged transactions and MBOs for both borrower and lender clients, debt fund work, acquisition finance work, corporate finance, real estate finance, project finance, and advising fintech disrupters.
You must be able to show experience with a highly regarded transactional banking team, which may be as part of your training contract or post-qualification. You will demonstrate general lending experience and have excellent drafting skills, along with strong academic credentials.
