This is a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of care services, supporting both our staff and Service Users. Your Role & Responsibilities: ? Scheduling & Coordination Organize and manage rotas to ensure Service Users receive timely, high-quality care ? Client Assessments Assist in conducting assessments of tasks and risks to create personalized care plans ? Supporting Care Staff Provide ongoing guidance and support to care workers, ensuring high standards are met ? Liaising with Stakeholders Communicate with Service Users, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery ? Problem Solving Address and resolve any scheduling issues, staff absences, or last-minute changes efficiently ?
