We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our social housing refurbishment projects in the Kent area. The successful candidate will have experience of delivering similar projects, including external cladding, and will be responsible for managing a site team of Assistant Site Managers and Customer Service Officers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the overall direction and financial control of contracts
2. Work closely with clients and their representatives to ensure high-quality service delivery
3. Implement short, mid, and long-term programs for various work streams
4. Carry out onsite inspections, investigate issues, and prepare reports to maintain continuous improvement
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a proven track record of driving sites through effective management, and maintaining site presence. A strong background in cost control, subcontractor management, and health and safety is essential.
