Salary: £30,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + Sales Commission

Role Overview
As a Business Development & Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Vantona Home’s market presence. Your core responsibility will be identifying and onboarding new customers, including retailers, distributors, e-commerce platforms and concession stores across the UK, US and Europe. You will develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales growth, ensuring Vantona's premium bedding collections are showcased to their fullest potential.
This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility to work remotely while also spending two days in the office and visiting customers as needed.
Key Responsibilities
* Business Development:
* Identify and target potential customers in the UK and European markets.
* Build strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and other key stakeholders.
* Develop and implement strategies to increase market penetration.
* Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management:
* Successfully onboard new customers and provide coordination for smooth transition to ongoing account management team.
* Foster long-term partnerships by understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.
* Market Research & Analysis:
* Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and market demands.
* Provide feedback to the product development and marketing teams to align offerings with market needs.
* Track and report on sales performance, pipeline progress, and key opportunities.
Skills & Qualifications
* Proven experience in a sales or business development role, ideally within home textiles, bedding, or related industries.
* Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Strong understanding of the UK and European textile retail landscape.
* Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a target-driven environment.
* Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
