You'll lead a talented EC&I team, driving innovation and sustainability in a cutting-edge manufacturing facility. As an experienced manager, you'll oversee maintenance, design, and optimization of electrical, control, and instrumentation systems.
The Role: EC&I Manager
* Lead and develop the EC&I team, fostering safety, collaboration, and high performance.
* Oversee maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of EC&I equipment and systems.
* Plan, budget, and execute electrical, control, and instrumentation projects.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize plant efficiency and reduce operational costs.
* Maintain EC&I documentation, procedures, and standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control & Instrumentation, or a related field.
* Demonstrated experience in an EC&I role within a manufacturing or industrial setting; experience in the chemical industry is a plus.
* Expertise in electrical, control, and instrumentation systems with a strong safety and regulatory compliance focus.
* Familiarity with ATEX, DSEAR, HAZOP, and SIL standards.
* Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a high-performing team.
* Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
