Assistant Buyer - North Lincolnshire (Hybrid) - Up to £35,000
The Role
An Assistant Buyer is required to join an innovative technology & telecommunications expert in the rail industry.
You will be supporting all areas of the procurement department, ensuring transactions are met and all procurement communications are passed on effectively both internally and externally.
You will also deal with quotes and benchmark prices for specific project requirements and complete market research to support wider procurement operations.

This role will act as a launch pad to your career in Procurement with the ability to progress into Buyer/Senior Buyer over time. You will become a well-respected and trusted member of the team with a wide range of responsibilities.
Ideal Candidate & Required Experience
1. Administrative or coordinating experience in a procurement-related role
2. Strong desire to develop a career in procurement and purchasing
3. Effective communicator, able to work with internal and external stakeholders
Location
North Lincolnshire. Initially onsite. Will transition into hybrid working.
