Options Resourcing have been tasked to find a Site Manager to manage an industrial fit out project in the Gloucester area.
The initial project runs until the last working week of December, but there is the realistic opportunity for follow on work due to our clients healthy 2025 order book.
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience with racking systems on similar projects and hold a valid SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the day-to-day site operations
- Managing health and safety protocols
- Coordinating subcontractors and suppliers
- Ensuring project deadlines and standards are met
- Communicating progress with the project team and client
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager, especially on industrial fit-out projects
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications
