Job Duties:
1. Perform full spectrum of reception duties and office administration functions mainly in greeting guests, telephone calls, courier services, procurement & maintenance of office supplies and stationeries, repairing and maintenance, etc.
2. Support in organizing company functions and staff activities.
3. Provide day-to-day support to the team.
4. Provide support and participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Job Requirements:
1. Diploma holder or above.
2. At least 2 years of relevant experience.
3. Mature, responsible, diligent, detail-minded, and well-organized.
4. High sense of responsibility, integrity, and confidentiality.
5. Able to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment.
6. Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
7. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Good command of MS Office software skills e.g., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
