The Office Manager will based full-time in the office in SW London. While this role is primarily office-based, there is flexibility with working hours and the potential for occasional remote working.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee daily operations, maintaining a productive, safe, and well-equipped work environment.
2. Liaise with service providers and vendors for office maintenance and repairs.
3. Coordinate risk assessments and training in health, safety, and fire procedures with third-party providers.
4. Act as the main point of contact for employees and visitors, fostering a warm and professional office environment.
5. Assist in preparing and monitoring office budgets.
6. Handle invoicing and payments for office-related services and supplies.
7. Liaise with IT to ensure smooth operation of all office equipment.
8. Support delivery of internal projects, company events, and conferences.
