Business Development Manager – London & the South - £60k - £65k + great commission
We are working with a fantastic, B&I Contract Caterer who are looking to add an exceptional and polished seller to their team focusing on national B&I. The company is established, and you will be stepping in to a warm sales environment with a strong pipeline.
About the role:
The role is to contribute to the overall growth of the company with a combination of retention/add on value service and new business development. You will be tasked with targeting new business opportunities through internal lead generation and relationship building.
The role would suit either an established BDM or a B&I operator looking to make the switch.
Ideal Business Development Manager:
* Experience in B&I Contract Catering, either as a Business Development Manager or in a senior operational capacity.
* Someone with drive and determination to self-manage and exceed KPI's
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills are imperative, as preparing tender documents will feature in this role.
* Polished and well presented, as you will be the face of the business and meeting with clients regularly. Your ability to foster strong client relationships will be the foundation of this role.
