Experience is not essential, as we will provide you with all the relevant training and support to become a confident Support Worker. At Barn Farm, we support 11 individuals within their own homes; all flats are situated within the same building. We support with all aspects of daily living including personal care, preparing meals, financial support, administering medication and domestic support.
