The Dealership Sales Support / Customer Experience role:
Park’s Carlisle is looking for a Dealership Sales Support / Customer Experience Executive to work closely with the Business Centre and wider team, ensuring Customer Experience is maximised at point of vehicle handover, during experiential events and ride and drive days. Moving and organising vehicles to ensure an efficient logistical operation and site accessibility is another key responsibility.
One Toyota Fleet aims to deliver a one-stop shop for all our Business Customers’ needs, via multiple channels to market. We maximise Customer and Vehicle Lifetime Value opportunities across leasing, ownership, mobility and insurance products and services.
In line with our Talent Enablement culture, we will give you ownership and encourage you to deliver outcomes that lie outside of the remit of this Job Profile. We do this to give you extra experience, to stretch and develop you within your role, enabling you to be the best you can be.
Responsibilities:
1. SLA performance via the Direct Supply programme
2. Customer experience from point of order through to delivery
3. Pipeline management of the Business Centre order bank
4. Logistics and vehicle preparation
5. Customer Relationships
What we are looking for:
1. Experience working within an administration or sales support function
2. Customer handling experience with a customer-first approach
3. Previous Automotive experience preferable, but not essential
4. A full UK driving licence
5. Eligibility to work in the UK
6. Flexible to work hours required to carry out the role effectively and take on infrequent travel for work and training purposes
7. High standards of verbal and written communication
8. Good level of general education – at least National 5s in English and Maths and ideally Highers (or equivalent)
9. Good IT skills, (MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel) and social media skills
10. Interests that support your work-life balance
