The postholder will be responsible for:
* Creating and managing a coherent, organisation-wide engagement plan for the communication of the data strategy and data democratisation initiatives;
* Leading the development and organisation of a data literacy campaign for the Cabinet Office, including training activity and managing external/commercial arrangements;
* Leading the development and delivery of robust evaluation frameworks to enable the Cabinet Office to: i) assess future data and AI literacy skills requirements; ii) monitor engagement with different learning products; and iii) track business value from learning;
* Leading the design and development of new learning pathways for different personas / cohorts in the Cabinet Office to inform future data literacy and wider learning strategies;
* Keeping abreast of industry trends and advancements in data and AI to ensure design and development remains relevant and impactful.
