The Opportunity
We now have an excellent opportunity for a Preventive Maintenance Manager, onsite at our Cement Manufacturing Plant in Cauldon, Staffordshire. In this role you'll lead our existing team of Planners & Lubrication Technicians as well as a Preventive Engineer to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our plant operations.
Supported by section leads in your team and the wider engineering function you'll be an integral part of our plant. You’ll collaborate with various internal stakeholders to ensure that the preventive maintenance strategies align with production targets.
You’ll further develop our existing preventive maintenance program and ensure an accurate record of activities utilising a CMMS.
You’ll provide leadership to the preventive function, helping to develop and support our existing team.
You’ll coordinate with the wider maintenance team onsite for annual shutdown activities, ensuring all preventive maintenance tasks are completed in an appropriate time frame and that parts are available for the hands-on team.
Who you are
You’ll have proven experience in maintenance management, within a heavy industrial environment.
You’ll be an analytical person, able to interpret reports and implement strategies to help improve longevity of equipment.
You’ll be an excellent communicator, able to present to all levels of stakeholders.
