Our client, a leading provider in the agricultural sector, is seeking a proactive Customer Service Coordinator to join their Customer Service Department. This pivotal role focuses on ensuring seamless coordination between production planning, sales teams, logistics partners, and customers. If you're detail-oriented with experience in customer service and production planning, this could be your next exciting opportunity. Role: Coordinate production plans and ensure raw materials meet customer demands. Plan and prioritize customer and supplier requirements. Manage sales and purchase contracts within risk policy guidelines. Ensure accurate data entry to minimize credit/debit notes. Schedule vehicle movements and delivery planning. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and suppliers. Address customer queries and complaints professionally. Maintain trading boards and support sales forecasting. Manage planning inbox and escalate issues as needed. Provide holiday cover for the production planning team when required. Skills/Experience: Minimum 3 years in a production planning or customer service coordination role. Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Proficiency with SAP, SIS, Microsoft Excel, and Word. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
