What You'll Be Driving
* Lead the seller journey – Own every touchpoint, from onboarding and product listings to performance tools and day-to-day support.
* Shape the future – Define and drive the product roadmap in close partnership with Engineering and Business teams.
* Think big-picture – Contribute to a Marketplace strategy that powers our 3-year vision.
* Prioritise what matters – Balance impact, urgency, and effort to keep the backlog laser-focused.
* Empower teams and sellers – Build seamless tools and workflows for both internal teams and our seller community.
* Scale smartly – Spot opportunities to automate and simplify, cutting down manual work and unlocking growth.
* Keep us compliant – Partner with legal, ops, and finance to meet all regulatory and operational standards.
* Make data your compass – Work with analytics to uncover insights, remove friction, and drive continuous improvement.
* Be the go-to expert – Represent Marketplace across the wider product org with authority and clarity.
* Design with purpose – Collaborate with UX to create intuitive, seller-friendly tools.
* Fuel future growth – Support bold initiatives like international expansion, new fulfilment models, and vendor self-service.
* Always improve – Build feedback loops, run experiments, and iterate fast.
Minimum Requirements:
* 1+ years of Product Management experience. At least 6 months of experience in marketplace, e-commerce, or B2B tooling.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Experience working on internal or B2B products (e.g. vendor portals, onboarding flows, supply chain tools).
* Comfortable working with data-driven prioritisation, performance metrics, and experimentation.
* Passion for building scalable, seller-focused features.
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product delivery lifecycle.
* Strong sense of ownership and ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams.
Location & Flexibility:
This role is based in the UK and may be occasionally required to travel to our London Hub or to any other location of H&B. We support flexibility and productivity of our employees by hybrid working arrangements with minimum 2 days presence in the office.
