Park Recruit are partnering with an established client in the Mid Ulster area in the appointment of an experienced Accounts Assistant. My client is seeking a detail-oriented individual to manage the creation and processing of invoices while handling customer queries within the accounts department. This role will require efficiency and accuracy in the tracking of invoices, and maintaining efficient financial records. The successful candidate will be a reliable administrative support to the full business unit as required. Key Responsibilities: Generate and process customer invoices based on fixed-price jobs, hourly rates, and material usage. Request order numbers for completed work. Communicate with customers regarding invoice-related queries and liaise with Contract Managers as needed. Maintain and monitor submitted and Work-in-Progress (WIP) invoices using Sage 200. Requirements: Experience with Sage 200 or a similar accounting system is preferred though not essential Strong numerical skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in data entry and record-keeping. General administrative experience gained within a busy construction / manufacturing / engineering environment desirable.
