Who We’re Seeking: The marketing team is pivotal in driving the growth and development of the UK business. As an Influencer Manager, you will lead our influencer marketing strategy, manage influencer campaigns, and evaluate their performance. This position offers significant opportunities to collaborate across creative strategy, influencer relations, and performance marketing within Omaze UK. What You'll Do Influencer Strategy and Management Develop and implement comprehensive influencer marketing strategies to support campaign objectives. Identify and recruit potential influencers who align with our brand values and target audience. Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners and influencers, managing communication and negotiations. Oversee influencer shoots, including scheduling, logistics, and on-site management. Ensure influencers adhere to brand guidelines and campaign briefs. Conduct quality assurance checks on all influencer content to ensure accuracy and alignment with campaign objectives. Campaign Coordination Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to set up, organise, and update influencer campaigns on Monday.com. Lead the creation of briefs for influencers, ensuring content is delivered on time and meets brand guidelines. Ideate and contribute to the development of creative concepts for influencer collaborations. Content Management Develop a schedule for posts featuring influencer content. Collaborate with the team to create engaging video content for Meta, YouTube and TikTok featuring influencer partnerships. Research relevant hashtags, trends, and user-generated content to inform influencer strategy. Performance Evaluation and Reporting Work with Senior Managers and Analysts to monitor and analyse key performance metrics for influencer campaigns, including engagement rates, reach, and acquisition costs. Prepare regular reports on influencer campaign performance for internal teams and charity partners. Stay up-to-date with influencer marketing trends and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness. Our Ideal Candidate A relevant degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred (but not required). 4-6 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or a related field. Strong understanding of social media platforms and the influencer marketing landscape. Excellent communication, negotiation, project management, leadership, analytical, and organisational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and campaign management systems (CMS) such as Monday.com. Creative mindset for developing innovative influencer collaborations. Experience in content creation and basic photo/video editing is a plus. Flexibility to attend monthly shoots and events, sometimes outside regular working hours.
