Customer Care Advisor – Bedford
Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm – *Office Based*
We are looking for an enthusiastic and personable Customer Care Advisor to become a vital member of this established team. In this role, you will deliver outstanding customer service by assisting with inquiries, processing orders, and supporting our field sales team—all while working towards internal sales targets.

What you’ll be doing day to day:
Take inbound calls and promptly resolve customer queries and requests.
Accurately process orders via telephone and email, upselling products where appropriate.
Handle account and product inquiries through email communications.
Collaborate closely with our field-based sales team to enhance customer experience and boost sales.
Retain extensive knowledge regarding our customers and products.
Make outbound calls to inform customers about special offers, new product launches, and available support.
Ensure all daily administrative tasks are completed efficiently in tandem with the customer care team and lead.
Skills we are looking for:
Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and experienced in utilising a CRM program.
Prior experience in taking inbound calls and making outbound calls.
Possess a polite, organised, confident, and articulate telephone manner.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Customer Service or Sales role.
Quick learner capable of thriving under pressure.
