We are seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join our team at The Holden School, part of Acorn Education. As a valued member of our close-knit team, you will play a vital role in supporting the wellbeing and education of our students.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing learning materials, running classroom activities, and providing emotional and physical support to students with complex needs, including Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) and Autism (ASC). You will work closely with experienced teams to develop individualized curriculums and ensure successful outcomes for our students.
Our school is an independent specialist day school for boys and girls aged 5-16, catering for pupils with a wide range of needs. We pride ourselves on steering pupils in the right direction, nurturing aspiration, and building confidence to encourage them to take pride in their achievements.
