Kennedys is seeking an experienced candidate to join our Newcastle office, assisting with defendant-related public sector claims. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a high-value and sensitive caseload for a variety of clients, primarily defending Abuse and EL/PL claims within a supportive and dynamic team. Team Our national practice handles personal injury claims from seven offices across the UK. We manage complex and high-profile cases, led by experienced Partners recognized as market leaders in this sector. Our team frequently handles UK cases requiring cross-border quantum investigations through our international offices. We prioritise practical solutions over unnecessary lawyering, working in partnership with our clients to deliver modern, innovative solutions. Our in-house R&D capability and award-winning product suite exemplify our commitment to technological and process advancements.
