Job Overview: The Senior Designer will play a pivotal role within Faria’s Online Schools division, overseeing the visual identity and design integrity across our three leading brands: Pamoja Education (B2B), Wolsey Hall Oxford (B2C), and Wolsey Hall for Schools (B2B). This position will be responsible for crafting compelling, cohesive brand collateral, ensuring a consistent look and feel across all digital and printed materials alongside relevancy and accuracy of information. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, creativity and a passion for maintaining brand excellence in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the creation, design, and execution of all collateral—both digital media and printed collateral —across the division, including websites, videos, social media content, brochures, presentations, advertisements, and more. Collaborate with the marketing and sales/admissions teams to ensure that all design elements align with the strategic goals of the brands and the overall division. Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure a unified presence while respecting the individual needs of each brand. Create visually engaging and innovative designs that resonate with both B2B and B2C audiences and help to elevate each educational brand as leader s in online education. The Senior Designer will act as the brand guardian, overseeing the creation, management, and execution of all brand collateral. From websites and social media content to brochures, presentations, and marketing materials, the Senior Designer will ensure that each piece aligns with the distinct identity and values of each brand, while maintaining a cohesive, unified presence for the Online Schools division. By safeguarding the integrity and visual identity of the brands, the Senior Designer will play a crucial role in enhancing Faria’s reputation as a leader in online education. Experience: Proven experience in a Senior Design role, preferably within an education or digital-first organi s ation. Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both digital, video and print design. Experience maintaining and evolving brand guidelines. Fluent p roficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (including Premier Pro) Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and a strong sense of visual storytelling. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions.
