You will take the lead in driving the hotel’s recruitment strategies and ensuring a positive recruitment process for any potential employees. While you don’t need experience working in Hospitality, you will need experience working in recruitment, in-house or agency, and have a keen interest in the world of Luxury Hospitality As well as this, your own mode of transport due to the location of the hotel.
