Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our expanding team. This role goes beyond standard vehicle maintenance, offering an opportunity to work on performance enhancements, custom builds, and race-prepared vehicles. The successful candidate will be involved in custom tuning, fabrication, and track support, making this a unique opportunity for a passionate and skilled technician.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs to the highest standard.
* Carry out custom wheel alignments, suspension setups, and performance upgrades (training provided).
* Engage in exhaust fabrication, aftermarket ECU installation, engine tuning, rebuilds, and gearbox rebuilds.
* Operate and maintain the dyno.
* Attend track days and race events to support promotional activities and vehicle performance testing.
* Accurately record all diagnostics, work completed, and parts used.
* Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment.
* Work both independently and collaboratively within the team.
* Prioritise customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality workmanship.
About You:
We are looking for a dedicated, team-oriented individual with a passion for performance cars and exceptional attention to detail. The ideal candidate will take great pride in their workmanship and be eager to develop their skills further.
Required:
* Minimum 3 years' experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
* Fluent in English.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Strong attention to detail and self-motivation.
Preferred:
* Relevant qualifications in automotive technology.
* Experience with BMW M series vehicles.
* Metalwork, fabrication, and welding experience.
* Strong interest in modified cars and performance tuning.

* Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience).
