Are you a problem solver with a strong background in quality engineering? We’re looking for a hands-on Quality Engineer to join our clients dynamic team within the operations department, reporting to the Quality Manager. The Role: Manage quality processes across a diverse portfolio of 15 products, including new product introductions and products in transfer from other manufacturing sites. Take ownership of quality management for at least two product lines, each with unique challenges. Apply problem-solving methodologies such as 5 Whys and Fishbone analysis to drive root cause identification and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D and manufacturing, to maintain quality standards and support continuous improvement initiatives. Perform audits, manage quality documentation, and analyse failure data to contribute to product and process enhancement. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in a quality engineering role, ideally within smaller companies where adaptability and initiative are key. Strong practical knowledge of problem-solving tools (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone diagrams). Experience in manufacturing, and engineering industries. A proactive, analytical mindset with the ability to present strong, real-world examples of problem-solving.
